Website access and security

When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information, referrer and security events. This is required to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain reliable operation.

Enquiries and registration

When you submit our enquiry form, the contact details, interests and message you provide are transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to our email inbox. We process this information to answer your enquiry, arrange a trial class or prepare a contract. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

Classes, workshops and invoices

If you book or attend an offer, we may process contact, booking, attendance, payment and billing information required to provide the service, communicate changes, issue supporting documents and comply with accounting obligations.

4. Recipients, hosting and international transfers

Data is shared only where necessary: with hosting and security providers, email and IT providers, professional advisers, payment or accounting providers used for a booking, and public authorities where legally required. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered through our email provider. Depending on the selected hosting, email and form-processing infrastructure, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or EU standard contractual clauses, are used where required.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Enquiries are deleted when they are resolved unless a booking, legal retention duty or possible claim requires longer storage. Booking, payment and invoice records are retained for the statutory periods applicable in Austria. Security logs are retained for the period reasonably required to investigate incidents and protect the service.
